Whole White Wheat Bread

3 C warm water (around 110 degrees)
2 packets yeast (or 1 1/2 Tbsp)
4 C whole wheat flour (I use white wheat instead of red)

Mix while adding:
1/3 C sugar
1/3 C oil
1 1/2 Tbsp salt

While mixing add:
1 cup white flour
2-3 1/2 C whole wheat flour (may seem slightly sticky, but when it is done kneading it won't be very sticky anymore)

Knead for 8 minutes (maybe 10 - unless using a kitchen aid which only takes 2 min)
Cover with a towel and let rise in bowl for about 1 hour
Divide into 3 loaf pans
Cover and let rise about 45 min to 1 hr.
Bake 350 degrees for 22-24 min or until light to medium brown on top, sides, and bottom
Turn out onto rake to cool and immediately rub the top with a stick of butter.
